After completing her post graduate diploma in cosmetology from VLCC , instead of doing job she preferred to be an entrepreneur and creating job opportunities to serve more towards the society. She first started her own brand in the name of Instyle salon in Undri, Pune. Which is a beauty salon only for ladies with two beauticians. But as her vision and mission to serve the society, so after two years only she came up with the second branch grew and her clients started again her for a complete family salon where they could come along with their spews and kids and whole family. Today both the salons have earned a lot off reputation for their excellence, reliability and customer satisfaction. This success spurned Jyoti to further her passion and skills by empowering the Youth leading in the inception of Pearl Studios Academy.
