Job Summary:
The Floor Manager at Pearl Studios Salon will oversee the daily operations of the salon floor, ensuring smooth functioning, excellent customer service, and a professional atmosphere. This role requires leadership, people management, and the ability to deliver a premium client experience while supporting the salon team in achieving targets.

Greet and assist clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.

Handle client queries, requests, and complaints with professionalism.

Ensure all services are delivered to Pearl Studios’ quality standards.

Team Management

Supervise hairstylists, beauticians, spa therapists, and support staff.

Create and manage staff schedules, breaks, and shift rotations.

Motivate and guide the team to meet service and sales goals.

Organize training sessions to upgrade skills and maintain service quality.

Operations & Floor Management

Ensure the salon floor is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.

Monitor product usage and assist with inventory management.

Coordinate with the reception team for smooth client appointments.

Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety protocols.

Sales & Business Support

Promote salon services, treatments, and retail products.

Assist in achieving monthly revenue and sales targets.

Encourage cross-selling and upselling to enhance client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a salon, spa, or hospitality floor management role (2+ years preferred).
